Iron Maiden
Festivaalin pääesiintyjä Iron Maiden on yksi kaikkien aikojen suosituimpia ja tunnetuimpia rockbändejä. Yhtye esiintyi edellisen kerran Suomessa kesällä 2008 loppuunmyydyille stadioneille sekä Helsingissä että Tampereella. Yli 80 miljoonaa levyä myynyt Iron Maiden on levyttänyt liudan kaiken kansan tuntemia klassikoita kuten “Fear Of The Dark” ja “The Greater Good Of God”.
“We wanted to play a few outdoor shows in the summer of 2010 and of course Finland had to be one of them as we have always had such a fantastic relationship with our Finnish fans and always have a great time there. We enjoy the camaraderie of playing greta festivals asn are very much looking forward to getting back out to do some shows next summer and, as it will be over two years since we played in Finland, we will certainly be looking to deliver a memorable and spectacular night for our fans!, kertoo bändin keulakuva Bruce Dickinson.
