Iron Maidenin juhlaa USA:ssa!
Brittien suosituimmat rock-sankarit saivat juuri päätökseen ensimmäisen osan USA:n kiertuettaan, ensimmäisellä osuudellä Iron Maidenin näki huimat 120000 ihastunutta fania, bändin keikoilla tunnelma on ollut hurmoksellinen!
Alla ylisanoja Amerikkalaiselta lehdistöltä:
“Dallas fans were the first to hear a song off the new album live: ‘El Dorado’ and it was met with huge excitement. If this song is anything to go by, Maiden’s new album will kick some serious ass!
“They are simply amazing and the crowd loved them – from the young (I saw kids no more than ten years old and younger) to the old. Maiden fans are diverse but they all come together for one thing – real heavy metal!”
Dallas Examiner
“As a newcomer to Maiden. I was pleasantly surprised by how many young kids were there and into it. Two ten-year-olds in front of me headbanged endlessly and sang/screamed along.”
“If you have the chance to see Maiden on this tour in another city, do, even if you aren’t a metal fan. You’ll appreciate the skill put into the music, and you’ll be blown away by the visuals and pacing of the show.”
Dallas Quick
“Dickinson is a force of energy on stage…he sought to make every gesture on stage grand and epic. (El Dorado) was solid and extremely muscular….loud and abrasive and serves as a helpful hint as to where the rest of the The Final Frontier is headed…. The Final Frontier will be the bands 15th studio album and could easily make it’s way into the band’s top-tier canon.
“Seeing (Eddie) come out humbled the metal head inside us, instantly made us a part of a true lineage. That may sound foreign to the non-metal fans out there, but it’s true.”
Houston Press
“Iron Maiden has managed to stay relevant by not falling into the trap that so many others of their era do, by becoming a nostalgic act. The band has continued to deliver fresh exciting music to their fans.
“All in all a fantastic show put on! The entire band still has the fire and energy to perform and it’s just plain fun to watch.”

“There were no pyrotechs as there was no need for them. Iron Maiden has enough energy to ignite the crowd into a fierce frenzy.
“Colorado Springs Gazette”..the energy that came from the stage reminded me of the raging waters flowing through the Arkansas River right now…From the moment (Maiden) hit the stage it was non-stop energy and performance all night.”
Denver Examiner
“The crowd – a communal mix of several generations of metalheads – roared approval to every song” “Iron Maiden – together since the 1970s – is still putting out excellent music, as evidenced by Monday’s setlist. They put in 110 percent for their performance, shaming bands even less than half their age…they deserve those screams.”
Denver Post
“‘El Dorado’ from the forthcoming ‘The Final Frontier’ album was well-received – quite an achievement for 30-year veterans who’s new material is ignored by radio” “..It was refreshing to see three generations of fans cheering and singing along with one of the few metal legends – especially since Maiden wasn’t resting on past glories.”
Arizona Republic
“‘Wildest Dreams’ and ‘No More Lies’ had all the members of Iron Maiden running to the front of the stage and pointing to their dedicated fanbase, just one example of the band’s ability to connect with its audience, something so many others exceedingly fail to achieve.”
OC Register
“Iron Maiden has prevailed (without so much as a radio hit) through earnest craftsmanship, a give-’em-their-their-money’s worth work ethic, a force-of-nature frontman and a deceptively diverse musical palate.”
LA Weekly
“They are amazingly entertaining. Each band member has so much energy and they put it all out there. Iron Maiden is definitely not relying on past fame to get them through a concert. They want the audience to have a good time. Plus I haven’t seen guitar riffs like theirs in a long time, if ever. If you have never seen Iron Maiden get to the next concert. It is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”
Chicks With Guns
“‘El Dorado’ rocked with a muscular riff and hooky chorus that bodes well.”
San Francisco Weekly
